UC Case Examples

UC San Francisco Faculty Leadership Collaborative focuses on preparing faculty for administrative leadership roles through individual and group experiential learning, and the development of a network of colleagues and collaborators. The UC San Francisco Faculty Leadership Collaborative program has been facilitated by the CORO organization since 2005.

UC Irvine Provost’s Leadership Academy is for faculty contemplating future administrative leadership positions in the University, and is led by the former Dean of the School of Business. The program was first delivered in 2016-17.

UC Davis Faculty Leadership Academy enhances leadership at the tenured faculty and department chair levels by building on existing skills that support the campus in moving in new and even more productive directions. The academy combines didactic and case study strategies to connect broad concepts to specific behaviors in a six-session format.
