What is a web-based leadership toolkit?

It is a compendium of faculty leadership development resources, showcasing existing programs and training opportunities across the UC system. Each campus and affiliated national laboratories has its own unique culture; providing a standardized “off the shelf” program may not work for all locations. Providing a collection of resources allows each campus to develop a customized program tailored to their faculty needs.

Utilizing a web-based platform creates broader access and allows all campuses to benefit from a renewable knowledge base of tools that can be used to build a robust and diverse pipeline of effective and well-prepared faculty for UC leadership positions.
